Monitoring hours, event types, patrol schedules, reporting frequency and escalation channels are agreed in your subscription scope. 24/7 coverage can be scoped where required.

02 / From signal to follow-up

A clear process
when something needs attention.

01

Detect

A connected alarm or supported video analytic raises an event with the site, zone and time.

02

Verify

Review available event details and linked CCTV where video verification is part of the service.

03

Escalate

Contact the nominated person or response team using your agreed escalation list and procedures.

04

Report

Record the action taken and include relevant events in the agreed management report.

03 / AI reporting

From daily events
to better decisions.

AI-supported analytics can help organise activity that would otherwise remain inside recordings and event logs. Choose reporting that answers the questions your team needs to act on.

After-hours activity

Review supported intrusion, line-crossing or loitering events within configured areas.

People & occupancy

Summarise people-counting trends where suitable analytics are installed.

Vehicle activity

Review vehicle counts or entry events, with LPR data where supported and authorised.

Repeat exceptions

Identify recurring alarms, active zones and equipment issues that need investigation.

Available analytics depend on camera views, lighting, equipment, licences and configuration. Automated detections require appropriate review.

Questions about
your monitoring plan.

Can we use our existing alarm and CCTV systems?

Often, parts of an existing installation can be retained. We first check the alarm panel, recorder, cameras, supported integrations, internet connection and required licences. Your proposal will identify any equipment or configuration changes.

Is the service available for multiple branches?

A multi-site scope can consolidate agreed events and reporting across branches or premises. Each site still needs a defined equipment list, authorised contacts and escalation procedure.

Does the subscription include a security guard response?

Physical attendance by a guard or response team is a separate scope. If required, the coverage area, availability and commercial terms must be stated in your proposal.

Is CCTV watched continuously?

The proposal defines whether the service covers event-triggered review, scheduled virtual patrols or another agreed monitoring arrangement. Selected camera coverage and monitoring hours are confirmed before activation.

What happens if a site loses internet or power?

Remote monitoring depends on working site equipment and communications. We assess backup power, connectivity and available communication-loss alerts as part of the design. Any backup connection or UPS is specified separately.

What will our AI report include?

The report is based on analytics supported by your equipment and included in your plan. We agree the event categories, reporting period, recipients and handling of recordings or personal data before the service starts.
